Policy Research Agent

I wanted to help policymakers quickly find whether a policy idea has been tried elsewhere and what happened. I built a Next.js app that takes a plain-language policy description, searches peer economies (Singapore, Denmark, Israel, Estonia, Finland, Netherlands, New Zealand, South Korea, UK) for similar implementations, vets outcomes, runs gap analysis against Irish sources, and generates structured briefs with evidence links. The four-phase pipeline (signal hunting, global vetting, gap analysis, report generation) turned out cleaner than a single monolithic search. I handled product, design, and implementation end to end.
